NPYBL 10 & Under is for kids who are ages 9 or 10 as of 4/30/2026. Visit the LEAGUE RULES page for the complete 10U rules. The biggest changes from 8U to 10U is that the kids are now pitching. Also, the ability to steal bases once the ball reaches the plate. The goal for 10U rec ball is to provide a fun, exciting, active, and competitive atmosphere for kids who want to play kid-pitch youth baseball.
