NPYBL 12 & Under is for kids who are 11 or 12 as of 4/30/2026. Visit the LEAGUE RULES page for the complete 12U rules. The biggest changes from 10U to 12U is the "Drop 3rd Strike", "Infield Fly", "Leading Off", and ability to steal bases on any live ball. The goal for 12U rec ball is to provide a fun, exciting, and competitive atmosphere for kids who want to continue playing baseball in middle school.
